"The applications that I have been through before being a Five Star Cabin Crew"

Hi guys ✋ here we go again, and I'm gonna give you some inspirational stories on what I have gone through  before being a Five Star Flight Attendant, and you can also visit my previous blog about how I got my wings. Just look on the right panel or swipe left/right if you're using smart phone.

The First Step

• I was working as a baggage specialist agent at dnata emirates before, but i know for myself that being a cabin crew  is my dream job. I resign without any plans or any back-ups.
• I kept surfing the internet for open days and airlines who are hiring at that time.
• I pass my resumes to Cebpac and PALex
• Cebpac responded really quick but unfortunately they told me that I did not pass because of my height and as I double check my resume that I gave to them, I saw that there was an error, I typed-in the wrong height but I tried to pass again the updated resume but still same response that I got.

The First Trial

• PALex responded with my email and invited me in a interview, but it was a rush since the day they sent me an email then the next day morning will be the interview, so I didn't sleep well and review, but of course I pray. I woke up early morning, put my best make up on and harido. From Pampanga to Manila  with my full Flight Attendant look early in the morning.
     I arrived in Glorietta and I was shocked that it was also an open day interview, so a lot of people waiting in line. What makes me sad? they had cut off and they told me to come back tomorrow, and I told them that I was invited for an interview but the guy didn't listen to me and looked at me like I cannot pass even the height requirement. I was so sad and ended up going to IPAMS that day.
  
• Good thing about me is that I always bring extra resume with me. I waited there as I am about to have  an interview. The interviewer check my papers and said "Ohh.. you're 19 years old correct?" and I said yes. So he said "Sorry because the minimum age is 21-22 years old" and he just told me to go back once I turn 21 😭.

The First Opportunity

• As I watch "You're my boss" I saw the airline "SKYJET AIRLINES" and I got an idea and  search about it, but there are no job opening. I went through their facebook account and they asked me to send resume with pictures. They invited me for an interview and as I have saw on facebook that day is an open day for them so I needed to be ready for this. I went there and I didn't tell anyone that I got an invitation for interview. I went there as if I was just a walk in applicant.
• I passed the first interview.
• I was travelling from Pampanga to Pasay everyday.
• Second day was exam, medical, and interview with the HR. I passed again.
• Third day, interview with the panel including the CEO, Captains and Supervisors. I passed again 👏.
• This journey wasn't that easy for me. As I still needed to pass the swimming and other training.
• But in all God's plan, I manage to further enhance my skills and capabilities and got the job at Skyjet Airline as a Cabin Crew.

• As they said. Only God knows when is the right time. I am not ready to leave Skyjet Airlines but God's timing is always perfect.
• At the age of 21 years old. I am flying as a Five Star Cabin Crew.
